This bespoke healing and Yoga retreat is an invitation to immerse yourself in nature and reconnect with yourself. We offer private Yoga and meditation lessons as well as energy healing sessions.
Gea Viva is tranquil eco island retreat in the midst of nature and we offer a range of accommodation, celebrating the joy of simple living. Here you can experience 1000 glittering stars, breath-taking sunsets, wake up to the sounds of nature, swim in the crystal clear water of the Adriatic sea and indulge in the beauty of our planet Earth with all our senses.
For most of our evolution, we humans were closely connected to the earth's vital forces. This connection makes us feel safe, calm and helps us to find our life’s purpose. At birth, it is still strong, but due to busy and urban life styles, most of us become far removed from nature.
This bespoke retreat gives you the opportunity to reconnect with your authentic self and supports you in finding your unique expression in life with the help of Yoga, meditation and energy healing.

Retreat facilitator
Sabine Engelhardt is the initiator of Gea Viva and has a deep connection to the sacred unseen realms of the Earth. A geomancer, she lives in nature, meditates regularly and offers energy healing to people and the land.
She started to practice Yoga in 1998, and trained as a Yoga teacher in India for Vinyasa flow and Hatha Yoga. Her focus in Yoga is to create an atmosphere of peace, mindfulness and appreciation, in which each person can bring out their best.
Sabine is passionate about supporting people to find their inner strength and unique expression in life.
Your options
Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and the prices are as follows: One session 65 €, two sessions 125 €, three sessions 175 €.
Yoga lesson
During this lovingly created retreat, our Asana practice is a flowing dynamic, linked to your breath. This quickly releases stress and aligns you with your inner truth. I believe that Yoga is for everyone, no matter which age or shape, and will support you at whichever level you are, from beginners to intermediate practitioners.
Healing session
My offering is to ground you in the consciousness of Mother Gaia who loves you just the way you are. This connection will help you to align with spirit and to step into your power. In my healing work I use visualisation, my voice and hands to create a field of healing energy. These sessions are for one person.
Guided meditation
In this guided meditation, you will learn to communicate with nature, deepen your connection with supreme consciousness and access your own inner truth and deeper knowing.

Tiny house

This unique tiny house has two double beds, electricity, an indoor seating area and a private terrace with sea views. Bedding and bedlinen is provided. Please bring your own towels.
Own tent

If you would really like to get in touch with the Earth, bring your own tent. Alternatively you can hire a trekking tent, matt, sleeping bag and pillow from us.
Glamping hut

The glamping huts have 2 single beds, battery lights, reed roofs for shade and private terraces with sea views. Bedding and bedlinen is provided. Please bring your own towels.
Own camper van

Our dedicated camper spaces are within the campsite. As we have an off-grid solar system we can only supply electric power for lighting. You are welcome to use the shared fridge.

Booking and deposit
To secure your booking, you will need to pay a non-returnable deposit of 30% of the accommodation costs. Payments are by bank transfer in Euros.
For cancellations up to one month in advance of the event, we will deduct a handling fee of 60 Euros, and return the remainder of the deposit to you. For cancellations later than one month before the event, the deposit is non-returnable.
