Creating harmony
Today's interactions at Gea Viva seemed particularly jarring to me: as much as I tried, it seems impossible to create a flow. Everyone appeared to act within their traded patterns, not listening to others and being unaware of the impact of their actions.
I realised that creating harmony, which seemed easily attainable in meditation, is quite a challenge in everyday life. It calls to soften and interweave, to explore the give and take within our own personalities, to be patient and mindful...and prepared that sometimes it just does not work.
Recently I touched the experience of a collective awakening during meditation. To become fully aware of all that is usually held by the subconscious relieved a lot of pain and gave us great freedom to act considerately. May we find this freedom.
